Adoption Casework Supervisor

Sister Theresa started with Saint Andre Home in 1981 as a social worker conducting home studies for adoptive parents. In 1993, she was promoted to Adoption Casework Supervisor.

Sister Theresa currently supervises nine licensed social workers who conduct home studies, updates, and follow-up visits for adoptive parents. She also provides post-adoption services for adoptees and birthparents, which may involve reunions between adoptees and their birthparents.

She is licensed in clinical social work, and she holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston College. Sister Theresa is a Servant of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, also known as Good Shepherd Sisters of Quebec.
